There are gardens and then there are Japanese gardens.

I hope I can be there to make another photograph when those cherry trees all over the garden, are laden with blossoms. Another photograph, same view, different colors. That would be an interesting one.

Similar to the Hollywood walk of fame, handprints of Japanese celebrities line the pavement in front of the Public Hall at Asakusa. This was the happening part of the city until the air raids of 1945 when most of the area was destroyed.
